Are there partyhats in runescape 2007 yet? if there is how do i get them and can i still get them today?

No if they were to put party hats back into the game they would have to hand them out at a holiday event. RuneScape Gold. Which would bring down their worth a lot since everybody would try to get one and act like there gonna be a lot of money if everybody in the game has a party hat each. They can’t just throw them in the game all willy nilly so I doubt they will be tradeable. RS 2007 Gold.
